Water swelling water stop strip, also known as PN type water swelling rubber water stop strip. It is produced into sealing material strip with water expansion characteristics by banburying, mixing, extruding with more than ten kinds of materials .

The section of PN water swelling strip include 15*20, 20*30, 20*50, 10*40(mm)and other sizes. The length can produced according to the requirements of users.
INSTALLATION AND ATTENTION OF WATER SWELLING STRIP
1.Installation
①The method of reserving grooves
②If didn’t do the reserved grooves can make small grooves whose shape is like “八”with cement.
2.Installation Steps
①After the constructed concrete seam hardening, remove the scum and dust on the interface.
②Before striking the other side of the construction joint of concrete, take out the outer package of PN water swelling strip. If it is horizontal construction joint, adhesive on the interface of the construction joints and the post-pouring joints along the length direction of construction joint, and then fix it with masonry nail or adhesive agent(401 glue), its effect will be better. The vertical construction joints and post-cast seam must be fixed with the masonry nail with the interval of 50-100 cm to prevent moving.
③The lap joint of water stop : flatten the two end of water stop strip which need lap joint 1/2 respectively within 5cm(or cut the end socket into docking cant within 5cm), overlapping lap joint up and down, and press with hand, make it closely contact with concrete and then peg with masonry nails in the middle of lap joint.
3.Attention
①Fill and level up the surface of the construction with mortar, ensuring the juncture of the strips have no uneven phenomenon.
②When install the strip in horizon, add fastening nails or use adhesion to fix position, to prevent floating misplace when strip pour cement .
③Make sure the working surface of strip in the cement seam.
